So, you really think the issue here is the margin lending of the directors? and has nothing to do with:
* Negative operating cash flow;
* Interest cover of less than 2.5 (1.5 according to aspecthuntley);
* Huge debt level, which the financials create doubt as to how easily it can be serviced;
In essence, and overstretched company.
If you honestly think the issue is margin lending I suggest you don't invest. Maybe margin sales can enhance the fall of a shareprice, but remember that the poorly performing business made other people WANT to sell. The directors were just forced to.
