Z - you say key is whether voluntary or not - OK mabye so - but what or who caused the move south after Friday's sell off by a (the) director/exec? The directors and company secretary and anyone with knowledge cannot contract out of their statutory - positive obligations and it will be up to these persons with knowledge to actually disprove insider trading based on the evidence presented by ASIC - a little more difficult most times. Time will tell. Signing off - negligence and failures of duty does not make for good cheer/chat.
