Is insider trading Illeagal in Australia in every aspect. Yes, I know it is illeagal to trade on informatio not available to the public, but what about the information that is. I understand that insider trading can be used as an investment tool to monitor price activity for a certain stock in the USA. Can this be done here in Australia, and what are the legal forms of insider trading in Australia? What are their restrictions, does anyone know any good sites on this subject?
