    I know some holders who have sold some shares, and they did it for the reason that they needed to conserve capital.

    The issues around the current announcement could be expected before hand by reading between the lines - the buy up of more Fortitude was a dead give away as well as the refinery deal being with CVI alone that Pensador had gone astray.
