Maybe it took time to sort out - and as no one was actually TOLD it was dead - it bought them time to work out hteir directions.
Every company goes through this type of thing, it's only the crazed emails and holders that have made it worse with CVI. (Yes, I understand - I've been crazed too!) Most companies wouldn't have 400 shareholders chasing htem by phone and email daily - so when another company announced similar things, it would be accepted and dealt with accordingly.
Here. however, there seems to be a need to dissect and analyse every breath taken.
Stocktoe:But why would fortitude so easily let CVI take it over? Egan (Fortitude) is on our board already - and there is obviously mutual benefit for these assets to be in one basket under one banner. Less complicated. Good all round.
