ASIC appear to be a wate of time from all accounts but it is just about your only option. They will 'investigate it' and nothing more will ever be said or done. Pathetic really - no teeth with them - I think they should start throwing the book at the insiders - really hammer a few with the law to set an example that Joe Blogs or whoever will get nailed, not simply the high flyers of the world.
