UNIF-Thank you for posting the Form 4. It shows that the shares were issued to Molly's husband and that there was NO COST or payment made for them. That's more of your company throwing away your shares as it circles the drain.
Molly, nor her husband, paid anything for the shares, they were awards by the Company. It doesn't reflect her confidence in the Company in any way.
