I suspect there are quite a few people sitting on the side trying to pick the bottom. It doesn't take more than a couple of cents increase before they all pile on. I'd normally join them but I'd rather wait for the WR outcome. If it is bad I expect a short, sharp drop followed by a steady price rise. If good, then I miss out on a quick profit.
