You will find the LNP crowd on here follow the trend. Paid or not.
Always deflect or ignore ‘anything on policy’ especially on economic progress. Any thread or post is studiously deflected or ignored.
Then we come to the torrent of dross that prevails on perceived strong points.
There are two of them:
1) Defence - China is bad, attach to the White Hat 2) Pandemic policy- Open up at all costs. Bugger the consequence.
With 1 they can deflect everything it’s way. Piss off the Chinese we’re all Good. Appeal to the ‘True Blue’.
With 2 - now that is the perceived saviour of the LNP economy - you can get immigration up and going again.
The trouble is with 1 it’s counter productive to the economy on a massive scale and will bring problems because the LNP haven’t planned for the circumstances of their decision making.
The trouble is with 2 China was a lot of that immigration and the true blue hate immigration.
