Apols, I didn't realize. We were all new to this game at one stage.
Substantial holder = own 5% or more of the company (or whatever the percentage is)
So the company recently did a share issue, increasing the number of shares on issue.
Simply means that this person has now dropped under the substantial holder threshold because the total shares on issue is greater.
It is of no consequence.
