I have a feeling you are right @Capital Raising , I do recall this being a leaky ship in the past.
Although maybe someone is driving it down and we will see some mass accumulation shortly, prior to an announcement....Am I being too optimistic here ? Like someone said a while back, why would Envirosuite refer to Thames as a client on their Twitter account on March 1st. They also provide a 'white paper' on how Thames Water are being proactive about their odour management. The SP decline doesn't make sense !!!
