I am not in the know, but I managed to get out 30 mins before that ann. Far King Sweet!!
Just gotta read the plays - its the smallish sellers leaving before the main ann's. 15-20 trades within 3 hrs of less than 20k shares alerts me to it.
did the same on the 2.70 - sold at 2.75 about a week before, but that was just on the basis that it had climbed 50c without any news within a month or two!
