I wouldn’t mind paying my 8c a day, if I felt the ABC was giving equal representation to all sides of the political debate.
If the ABC refuses to change, sell it off, and allow it to live or die by it’s left leaning appeal to a viewing audience and advertisers. At least that way the large number of people who’s views it doesn’t represent can get some value for having funded it for decades.
Encouragingly, there are some tentative signs that the Federal Government is starting to find the ticker to take the ABC on.
