Does it ever occur to you that you may have the extreme views and that reasonable people are neither extreme Left or extreme Right....just comfortably in the middle and not constrained by either extremes.
IMO there are a significant number of ideologues on these threads whom, I suspect , are "on the spectrum" and ,consequently, this minority is incapable of emphasising with others; particularly those with different values beliefs , attitudes and behaviours.
Nevertheless, the majority generously tolerate this form of deviance provided it does not damage others.
Personally I watch Bolt, Cretlin and others as I do others with Left Wing biases; it helps to keep me a moderate and appreciate liberal (not conservative) reasoning.
IMO, Malcolm Turnbull is a reasonable Liberal and he has always been vocal in decrying both extreme Left or extreme Right views.
