    Hi Trent,

    Agree with your analysis - one unknown is how much V2O5 will be held back by TNG to produce Ferro-Vanadium.
    This is a high value add product and wasn't really mentioned in the DFS per se, but technology share definitely figured in the Binding agreement with Woojin and previous MOUs with same company.
    Not to mention Hyundai MOU mentioned they are one of the world's major manufacturers of induction furnaces.
