It appears that MIN don't believe how good the pricing is and want more information. Please keep in mind that this legal process has some way to run and nothing in the way of outcomes is certain at this stage.

IMO there will be argy bargy between the PLS-MIN/GAM legal teams for a few days/weeks, there always is in these type of negotiations. PLS will eventually get what they want which is a commercial deal for their spodumene. They've had it pretty good so far with discovering the biggest and best spodumene deposit in the world, Greenbushes excepted, so I'd expect MIN/GAM will be doing everything they can to be a part of it. Their problem is they have to match best commercial terms which sounds like the same as retail price so hence the argy bargy to try and get the best deal. It's just business, I don't understand the great excitement.
