The analyst here says that with zinc at say $3,900US a tonne, smelter costs are around US575 a tonne.
Using this as a guide, smelting costs would represent 575/3900 = 15% approx of revenue.
If INL revenue is 54.5mill at POZ @1.50, then in relation to the $30mill operating costs, smelting charges would be approx 8mill. Therefore it costs 22mill/12 = 1.8mill a month to run the Hellyer plant.
