I said that during the GFC REIT rout when some of them dropped by 90% but I wish I had held them for the turnaround not that long afterwards. When interest rates become more stable and turn back and rent renewals catch up with the increased interest rate costs so the REITs will improve their NTA values and profitability - its a bit like the sun rising just a bit slower - ask the likes of Warren Buffet who is currently shovelling dollars into real estate and builders.
