the Albany newspaper missed the plot - Grange continues to invest in Southdown and will have spent $25m this year on it, and will continue to spend on the DFS next year. What the paper meant to say was that the decision to proceed (ie the really big dollars) could not be made until the DFS was completed late 2011 - which is quite normal for a project of this size.
Nothing else untoward, excellent prices out there currently - in the course of sales there have been many small parcels of 154 shares going through - perhaps people cleaning up their portfolios?
