Go to admin is highly unlikely, as the cash reserve is over $85M and Nova is planning to inject another (conditional)$20M into PXS's balance sheet.
I would also doubt there is any negative result for the Phase 3 trail just completed, as PXS is in the study phase of the DATA, which will be announced on 2cd quarter 2013.
However i would anticipate the thumb-down from FDA could has some impact to the on-going commercialization of Bronchital in EU.
Except that, I have not explain why the SP is falling like a stone but only conclude it is trading related.
Not a long term believer, but for now I have a "buy" at this SP level.
