Cant work it out. Positive announcement and no interest?? Over the past year the company had dropped incremental good news but we are still way off our high of $1. Is the concern how the financing will play out with the new project? What is the downside from current share price (assuming the project gets up)? Big dillution?? Lack of liquidity shows me noone is jumping onboard.
