I was thinking insitor may just be scamming various listed companies arranging for offers to be put forward by ppl they know. Ramping the share price from say 6c to 7.8 c making some quick dollars then the deal falls through and they walk away the only ones to have benefited. Hopefully someone raises this and they are investigated. Even better maybe the BOD can disclose who the fund was that made the offer as it seems very cloak and dagger and not full disclosure
