For a company that is new Insitor is building quite a reputation on failure, check out the link above and you will see Insitor arranged  for DML a 110 million binding MOU  only for nothing to happen and DML call in the liquidators. Begs the question did the DOB of RNI do any back ground checks on Rob Liuzzi and Insitor as the company has no web site and no history except one of public complete failure. Lets hope the authorities have a close look at Insitor before any other companies suffer the same fate.
