It seems like Directors Fees/Remuneration is being paid in shares as payment in cash could possibly lead to the company trading when insolvent.
No announcements re progress on Gas sales or increased income despite oil price in the $60 to $70 range when it has been stated that the company would be profitable at $30 per barrel.
Insolvency ???
