Problem is TJ most shareholders don't trust the management any longer, irrespective of the potential resource. If they had communicated better all along, and hadn't made stupid moves like buying a larger percentage of the Uruguayan terrain but rather drilled with that money, it would be looking a lot different today. There would be shareholder support to get this across the line.
