I think Lynas was under pressure and slipped up when going from Trading Halt into Suspension and then straight to trading coupled with announcements on same day.
The Big Boys aided by the rampers did not enjoy pumping the SP before the details of the prospectus were announced.
Imo , the sp could have moved up few cents on pure speculation and the usual SP"manipulation" (LH to RH tricks) if details of prospectus were released a week later.
