Sentiment is turning around every time ESI announces progress.
They are doing a fantastic job over in India.
Its a slow process but we do know for a fact India is hard yards, but we do have their respect and have had it for quite awhile now. There is a lot of checking and scrutiny going on. India wants this. IMO.
