Yes it's starting to feel like everything is overpriced - except wages, which are not keeping up. Surely something will have to give. AI will also be a big disruptor to the labour market as we know it and of course global warming. Some people I know have bought heavily into gold. I tend to invest in technology, clean energy, ethical financial management, healthcare, biotech stocks and food staples. Apart from property and cash. It's difficult to future proof when you dont know what the future holds! Being in my early 50s I still have a way to go.... Ah, an extended holiday - lucky them!
