Don't get me wrong, I understand the point you're making, this has nothing to do with rose coloured glasses though. Hindsight may prove you correct that PAA is "having huge problems". You have every right to draw conclusions here, but they are your subjective analysis of what you're seeing, not objective, and no matter how strong the evidence appears to be, you are spreading misinformation on this forum when you say it's a fact that PAA are struggling to get recruits unless we hear it from the company's mouth. It's a very important distinction.
