Yep. Phone call to Lynas with said question..
They have lodged the plans to cover the 2 extra conditions and they are awaiting approval from the AELB.
The plant 100% completion does not include these extras.
A majority of the systems have been handed over through the commissioning process from the contractor to Lynas.
We continue to wait.
They are more than aware of the Mt Kellet scenario and are confident it will be resolved before then.
So aplogies Lynas you can't build what hasn't been approved (as pointed out by Soul S earlier).
The ball rests in the court of the AELB goons...
