    we are averaging 4 stars as well, last time I checked.

    Are we launching under a fresh slate in Google Play? It would make sense to purge all the reviews done during the beta stage.

    Seems to be a lot of feedback about good call quality, which is the CORE product here. UI, layout, sign in stuff can all be resolved.
