This is a problem with NAB. If you use the website internet banking, it won't be instant. If you use the app on your phone, it will be instant.

If making a payment in NAB Internet Banking, Fast Payments is only available when paying to a PayID; if you're paying to a BSB and Account number, cut-off times will continue to apply. Find out when the cut-off times are.
When you do the payment through the phone app, it will show the OSKO logo on the confirmation screen, meaning it will arrive within minutes.
