Did you transfer using BSB and Account Number?

If so, it's possible that your Financial Institution hasn't implemented Osko yet. It's a simple web search to find which banks support Osko and those that have yet to implement. From what I could see, the list of banks that don't support Osko yet was pretty small (but included a couple of the online only players).

FWIW deposit from Westpac worked for me. What bank are you with?
