With SOGTL scheduled to list on the EGM of the Dar es Salaam exchange, there seems, as was highlighted in the 1/4erly, that value would be added.

With 50% (US$1 million)already indicated in pre-IPO interest, it sure looks like the SOGTL's listing will be a resounding success.

If listed at the indicated price (previously reported) of 500 Tanz Shillings....

This would represent a price of $0.33 cents Australian for ONLY our Tanzanian assets (SWE Value), at current level of progress, and does not include Kenya 12B or any potential Zambian assets....as the listing EGM IPO, DOES NOT include SWE's non-Tanzanian assets.

Will Eyasi-Wembere be awarded before listing...will this up the price of IPO?, or just be a benefit for SOGTL IPO takers? - Instant gains for them....nice carrot.

Realistically, we are looking at +$0.40 real value, (add in 12B and cash) but with no speculative value built in either and huge upside once CPRs reports and other news comes to hand.

With 1 more Bank to list prior to us in the queue we are poised for good news. First Oil and Gas Company to list. EGM starts trading today (Timezone = Tuesday).
The Regulator will be taking the commencement of trading slowly I would presume....1 company at a time, to check everything is faultless.....we may be 3rd company off the rank....But we are good to go.
