I too am only 27 years of age, Super also doesnt interest me, cash on hand, property and low market cap stocks are my way of investing.....

It is upsetting seeing cash balance down 10 - 20% in some weeks, i tend not to look at my accounts on those weeks...lololol...

Aug, Sep were my best months of 2009 making over 450k cash in the 2 month interval....

Iam assuming Jan, Feb 2010 will be similar, as we have bottomed, and traded sideways for the last 2-3 months...
