I don't think Gecamines will wait around for another six months whilst we dither .. the deal is there for AVM to make today and it's already been on the table for more than four months.
We could be waiting for some time before there's a really flash production quarter at Dikulushi - you wouldn't expect this changeover qtr to be great and Stage11 mightn't be fully commissioned by the start of the next qtr which is the rainy season.
I'm sure BT wants three mines operating by 2006 so he needs to get moving now IMO.
