You guys have been talking about this rights issue thing with gecamines, and to be honest I dont really understand it. It sounds a little like the shareholder is getting less for their investment if this gecamines rights issued goes ahead. My concern is how it will benefit the shareholder, especially when you say that keeping the share price cheaper is more attractive for institutions or something along those lines?
I am concerned over this, based on the posts I've read pertaining to this matter. I have a sizeable investment in Anvil like many others, as a longish term investment and was thinking of buying some more at current price levels. But I'm wondering am I better off investing it somewhere else.
If anyone could maybe clear this up in simple terms for me, it would be much appreciated.
