Announcement by Legg Mason Asset Management shows they bought 4m at avg price of 14.7c. I'm in again, there's something sniffing regarding refinancing. Once it clears in the green, it should make a fast rerating up to where MCW, MOF satellite funds have been heading last few days.

DYOR, but this is just my humble opinion. I'd earlier posted in a forum that it'd drop to 12.5c (which it did) but has held, alot of spec buyers at that level and is static so far at 13c. Sellers quite solid at 13.5c not willing as much to shift down, so this here's the turning point eh.
