Why would institutional stock will hit the market? no, they will not.

The EPS after the CR still at $1.47, assume a 60% down in earnings will give the eps at $0.88, which will value FLT around $15, and this is how the market responded. Those value the sp by MC is kidding themselves, LOL.

Funds are mostly invested for income, not for sp growth, because it is easy to invest $10,000, but it is very hard to invest $1billion, therefore, institutions will most likely to hold their bargain, not dump it for quick gain unless the don't want this stock any more.

Some may say that they dump it and buy back later at a better price, well, its true when you have 10,000 shares, but its not true if you have 10 million shares and the only time you able to sell 10 million shares on market is when everyone are panic selling. For FLT, the total on market buying order is just over 1 million, it's impossible for institution to dump on market without loss, and the scenario that institution will hit the market on due date is a total rubbish. Can't see this will happen. Though, retailers may take profit, and dump them at the open, but imo any value below $15 will attract institutional buyers who may missed the bargain.
