Very disappointed to see FLT do a capital raise at a substantial discount and then not have the temerity to put those shares in escrow. What were they thinking? Instead of bolstering the SP and instiling long term confidence with having Credit Swise as a major share holder - they have done the opposite. The market initially reacted with a strong short lived rally until it became clear all those issued shares were going to be dumped for a quick profit. Now we see the result of that strategy. Where is the bottom now? Substantially lower than the current price is my bet. Possibly where it would have ended up if management didn't call a trading halt and artificially manipulate a free market at work, albiet a little slower. The message l take from the CEO in this little shenanigan is F u punters, l'm alright. I watch cashed up with interest.
