you are assuming 1 cent dividend next month and a 1.5 cent dividend in another 6months to get 2.5 cents?
I reckon it will be 1.5 next month and 1.5 in 6 months time. Total of 3. I'd be working your figures on 3 cents minimum. Also, in 6 months time you can also add in some franking credits imo.
