It appears that time is of the essence and that money is not so much of concern. Driving the price up from 47cents to the top of 67cents in 3 days.

I guess it will continue tomorrow.

Yeah they probably will. Done pretty well since listing with the cash, what one raise at 2.6 million at 35 cents. From memories an option was thrown in for every three shares purchased. Very smart management IMO and as you always demonstrate so many company making avenues. Other alternate rather than IPO their gold assets they could sell or JV them???

that's correct & the CR was at a 15% premium, & the options have a strike of $0.25 so nicely structured, win-win.

this quarter we should receive an ann regarding spinning out the non-lithium assets (Horry/Callawa/Burracoppin/Maguire/Springdale...), which i think are currently being undervalued by 100%; if i'm correct, current SH should receive 1:1 or 2:1 shares in the IPO, then with good follow-on results, i expect on paper SH will free-carry our AS2 holdings
