for free; because we, AS2 SH, already own the tenements to be spun out & thus we'll receive free shares as current owners in the new entity, if a straightforward IPO does occur. as to the rate, it can vary widely depending on the arbitrary capital structure management decides upon; for example, whether they decide the new entity will list with 20m SOI or 200m etc will dictate the issue price or vice-versa they may decide $1 is the issue price & work backwards to calculate the SOI; there are a lot of other variables involved too that effect the rate, like how much cash will be raised, lead broker's percentage, will the "entity" have other assets... at this stage it's anyone's guess what the rate will be
