discount rate, in line with the sector. We also include a nominal A$500m (A$2.09/share) for
exploration upside from extensions to Zone 1&2 and the potential discovery of Zone 3&4.
We note that our EXT NPV increases to A$12.01 when running flat US$65/lb term uranium."
