1) You are correct. The half-year reports were not audited, nor in 2006 or 2005, so there's no sinister change there. It's consistent.
3) You are correct - I was focusing on the short-term amount, which is a reported 48.3 - the full debt as of Friday is 238.3, and it will be gradually reduced over the next couple of months. It does appear the financier has decided to walk away. It will mean zero debt, for now...and yes, at what cost to future projects.
Will be interesting to see if they can raise investment, and how, and on what terms.
