If P&G manufacture 2m devices, but only ship 1m of these to retailers or distributors, we receive royalties on the 1m only. If they don’t move the remaining 1m devices then we receive nothing.
I estimate we receive around 40 cents per device shipped by P&G. So 3m devices in a quarter is our goal to crack the $1m mark for a 4c.
