I don't think so... If a dog stock like OBJ reverse consolidates then it doesn't mean the institutions will be more likely to invest... The thing that matters is the prospects of the company and 95% of those that 'need' to reverse consolidate have no prospects... In saying that the institutions that went in at that 5.7c capital raising a couple of years ago would be down by about 50% if they haven't sold already...
