Anyone who said institutions were buying must prove that institutions are really buying in. It is what we called THE BURDEN OF PROOF. Otherwise, they are just selfish liars who intentionally mislead others to buy in. Also, they are liable to those investors who bought the stock (because they saw the thread and thus buy the stocks), suffering the losses. People can recover their losses by suing those misleading people.
Truth speaks louder than bullshit.
