If a liar fools you, so you will never go to the court? You just self-blamed?
What I am talking about is that if you want to say some personal opinions, it is OK. Because a market must contain both buyers and sellers. But if it is a fact or other things that requires unique information, you have to prove. Otherwise it is intentionally misleading.
People have their rights to speak their opinions, whether it is right or wrong(no one can say he/she is always right). But if you said some special information that leads to others' losses. It is just not good. Sometimes, it is illegal.
