I dont think you understand the concept of votes. Because there are 24.8% voted against does not mean 24.8% of voters. That would be the case if every shareholder on the books held 1 share. Anyway who cares? Are you saying that there are shareholders who are unhappy with the way that the company is being run? I do not understand that thought process where all shareholders will be in the green.
